Protocol for Pool Contamination
Published: December 22, 2024
Yesterday evening, June 21st, 2024, there was contamination in the pool by a young child. This is a friendly reminder that when and if this occurs, please immediately report to us so we can have the pool shocked. The standard protocol for contamination as such, is to immediately close the pool and raise the chemical levels to maintain a healthy level to swim for at least 12 hours. If a pool contamination happens after hours, please contact our afterhours emergency number: 1-888-740-2233.
If you or your child were swimming in the pool at any time after 6:30PM, and start to feel ill, please contact a medical professional for further action.
We ask that you please monitor your child and use the restroom appropriately. Damages may be assessed to offenders, and offenders that do not self-report run the risk of being prohibited from common areas and amenities. Again, if contamination occurs, please do not hesitate to report to us, as it poses a serious health risk for children and adults. The pool should reopen this afternoon.
Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
