Call for Candidates

We are pleased to announce that a Telephonic/Online Annual Election Meeting has been scheduled, and the purpose of the meeting will be to elect one (1) Class A Member to the Board of Directors.

Attached you will find the CALL FOR CANDIDATES and blank CANDIDACY FORM. If you would like to nominate yourself or another Class A Member as a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the Candidacy Form and return it to Rebecca with Essex Association Management via email, regular mail, or fax, by or before the deadline. Due to the meeting being held Online/Telephonically floor nominations and write-in candidates will not be accepted during the meeting. In order to ensure that the candidate’s name is placed on the ballot, we must receive the completed Candidacy Form no later than Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
