Dog Attack Incident
Published: March 30, 2021
It was recently brought to the Association’s attention to an incident that occurred within the Dog Park area. We were advised that a dog had attacked another dog and its’ owner while in the facility. Further, it was also relayed that this was not the first time that this dog has not attacked other animals/people non-provoked.
Although the Association is addressing this matter directly with this specific pet owner, we ask that all owners who walk their dog within the Common Areas of the Community that they must be leashed and supervised/controlled at all times. When within the Dog Park area, dogs that are deemed as aggressive must be announced to others within the area and be controlled in order to avoid any potential issue/injury. We ask all members/residents for your cooperation to this matter.
